One-thumb games worth keeping on your phone

Two-handed games are great at home but useless when you're gripping a handrail. So we rounded up games that play well with a single thumb.

Neon Dash Circuit is the standout — steering with one thumb feels natural and the runs are short enough for any wait. Arcade racers tend to shine in this category.

Some card and puzzle games qualify too, as long as the tap targets are big. Anything that demands precise two-finger gestures got cut from the list.

One-thumb games are the ones that actually get played during a busy day. They ask so little that opening them never feels like a commitment.
